Frequently asked questions
- How do groups work?
- Add a group name after a comma on each line — "Alice Meyer, Meyer family". Everyone sharing a group tag is seated together whenever they fit on one table; oversized groups are split with a warning.
- Can I rearrange the automatic plan?
- Yes — every guest has a dropdown to move them to any table, and you can re-run the auto-plan at any time. Planning and rearranging are completely free.
- What's in the PDF?
- Chart pages listing every table and its guests (for the entrance easel), followed by place cards — each guest's name and table number, 8 cards per A4 page, ready to cut.
- What if my numbers change?
- Your pass lasts 24 hours with unlimited downloads — update the list and download a fresh chart when the RSVPs shift. Your guest list is never stored on our servers.
